Some people believe that venture is the hell for young people as they may encounter failure and be crushed for good whereas some other claim that venture is the heaven for young people as they may enjoy success and a splendid life.

Venture could be tough but it cannot simply be classified as failure or success. It is true that if we only justify ourselves by the final result, there is only one answer, a failure or a success. However, if we look at our life by the whole process, we may achieve even more than a mere result. We believe that the process of venture is far more important than the final result.

The first step for venture is "to survive" as the saying goes, you must be a qualified solider before being a general. College students will not be successful in their venture unless they are well prepared for that. Venture shall be considered as a life sty which is characterized as: you are the decision-maker for the next step and responsible for what you have done.
