Language Training Course
Today, it is crucial for an international business to be able to communicate in multiple languages . We encourage employees to learn English and Mandarin in order to adapt to our increasing business globalization and to ensure multilingual work atmosphere of the company.

In support of this the learning spirit, we have coordinated a professional, intensive English training course designed to improve our employees' English proficiency in at our office . Our goal is to train Fosun employees and management to become familiarised namely with economic and investment terms in order to help them to become more accustomed to communicating with foreign investors, collaborators, and colleagues.
Intra Fosun
Intra Fosun is our corporate intranet designed to facilitate an efficient flow of information within the company. Our employees can express their honest opinions about the company, exchange work related information, receive various resources from the human resource department , and get continual IT support. In the spirit of transparency and openness, employee opinion surveys will also be conducted through our intranet to further improve our working environment.
